My name is Shyla Macaluso and I’m the creator behind Island Soul Designs! I handcraft wire wrapped jewelry with precious gemstones, shark teeth, sea glass, and other beach treasures I find on the shores of Florida.  I’ve always had a love for crystals, nature, and art but my passion for creating jewelry began in 2017 when I moved to Saint Augustine, FL. I was so inspired by all the local artists here so I  started my own small business in the fall of 2018, and began to vend local art markets. 

 

Each piece is uniquely handmade and no two are alike. Some wraps can take 30 minutes to create while others up to 10+ hours of work depending on the intricacy.
